Kitchens, bathrooms, tenant improvements, single walls or a whole floor. We open up exactly what you need gone and protect what you're keeping, with dust containment between the work and the rest of the building.
Full gut of kitchens, bathrooms and tenant spaces down to the studs, ready for the next trade.
Wall and header removals coordinated with your engineer, shored and cut in the right order.
After-hours and phased demo for buildings that stay open, with containment walls and negative-air setups.
Full teardown
Houses, commercial buildings and warehouses, taken down to grade. We handle the utility disconnects, the permits, and the vibration monitoring on anything near a neighboring structure.
Precision cutting
Slab, wall and core cuts sized to the opening you actually need, not a bigger hole than necessary. Wet-cutting keeps dust down on occupied sites.
Flat sawing for trenching, doorways and floor openings on driveways, slabs and sidewalks.
Clean round penetrations for plumbing, electrical and HVAC runs through slab or wall.
Straight, precise cuts for new doorways, windows and structural openings in block or poured walls.
Ground-up
Once the structure is down, we clear the lot: foundations broken and hauled, trees and brush cleared, grading left ready for the next crew.
Old footings, slabs and foundations broken out and hauled off, ready for new construction.
Overgrowth, stumps and dead trees removed so the lot is buildable and accessible.
Cleared lots graded and left in a stable, walkable condition for the next phase of work.
Before we touch anything
Older buildings can hide asbestos, lead paint or other hazardous material. We coordinate testing and scheduling around it so nothing gets disturbed the wrong way.
Groundwork Demolition does not perform abatement itself. When testing turns up asbestos, lead or other regulated material, we coordinate scheduling and site access with a licensed abatement partner, and our demolition work begins only after that partner has cleared the space. This keeps the abatement work in the hands of specialists who are licensed for it.
Where the material goes
Concrete, metal and wood are separated on site and routed to recycling facilities instead of the landfill wherever the material allows it.
Diversion rate shown is a labeled sample figure, not a guarantee for every job. Actual rate depends on material mix and site conditions.
