01 / What we build

Six ways we get a crew up and working.

01

Frame & System Scaffold

Tube-and-clamp and modular frame systems built to the load and the reach the job actually needs.

  • Facade & remodel access
  • Tube-and-clamp, ringlock & frame systems
  • Custom bay layouts to the drawing
  • Guardrails, toeboards & full decking
02

Shoring & Reshoring

Vertical shoring towers and reshore systems that hold a deck until it's ready to carry itself.

  • Slab & deck shoring towers
  • Reshore sequencing per engineer's plan
  • Heavy-duty post shoring
  • Formwork support coordination
03

Sidewalk Canopies

Engineered pedestrian protection over the public way, permitted and signed to city standard.

  • City permit drawings included
  • Overhead protection & netting
  • Lighted, ADA-clear walkways
  • Inspected before pedestrians pass beneath
04

Swing Stages

Suspended access platforms for facade, glazing and high-rise maintenance, rigged before every shift.

  • Suspended scaffold & powered platforms
  • Daily rigging inspection
  • Outrigger & counterweight engineering
  • Fall arrest anchorage certified
05

Weekly Inspections & Tagging

Every platform carries a status tag. Nobody steps on a deck that hasn't been checked.

  • Green / yellow / red tag system
  • Documented weekly walk-through
  • Photo log on every visit
  • Immediate red-tag response
06

Loading Platforms & Debris Containment

Material hoists, loading platforms and netting that keep a busy site moving safely.

  • Loading platforms & material hoists
  • Debris netting & containment
  • Site traffic coordination
  • Crane pick zone protection

03 / The Vertica promise

What we draw is what gets tagged.

Watch a stamped plan become a structure you can trust your crew to. That handoff, from drawing to erected frame to tagged platform, is the whole job.

From stamped drawing to tagged deck

Drawn Tuesday. Tagged green by Friday.

04 / Safety is not a slogan

Nobody climbs an untagged deck.

OSHA Competent PersonA designated competent person supervises every erect, alter and dismantle, per OSHA 1926.451.
Engineered DrawingsStructures beyond prescriptive limits ship with a stamped engineer's drawing, on file and on site.
Tagged & InspectedEvery platform carries a visible status tag. Weekly walk-throughs, documented in writing.
Fall Protection PlanGuardrails, midrails, toeboards and anchored fall arrest, matched to the structure before anyone climbs.

05 / How it works

One crew. Five steps. Zero shortcuts.

Step 01Site walk & load plan

We walk the site, measure the reach, and plan the load: what the structure needs to carry and where it needs to stand.

Step 02Engineered drawings & permits

Anything beyond a standard configuration gets a stamped engineer's drawing. Permits are pulled before a single tube goes up.

Step 03Erect & tag

A competent person supervises the erect. When the last plank is decked, the structure gets its tag.

Step 04Weekly inspection

Every week the structure stands, it's walked, checked and re-tagged, with documentation on file for the life of the job.

Step 05Dismantle & clear

Reverse sequence, tube by tube. Site swept clean, nothing left behind.

06 / Field notes

Booked because the paperwork is ready.
