A free on-site visit. We measure, listen to what you actually want, and give you a straight read on scope.
Cut lists, lumber orders, and engineered lumber lead times locked in before a single stud gets cut.
Plumb, square, and city-inspected at every milestone. Nothing gets closed up until it's signed off.
The detail pass: doors hung, trim set, built-ins fitted tight to walls that are never quite square.
We punch-list together and back the work in writing after we leave the site.
